Dear customer, please follow the instructions below for remote assistance. Most issues can be solved remotely and do not require on site aid. Thank you for choosing our services!
Step 1: Click on the “Download Here” button to the right . For Apple computers, prior to step 2, go to settings, then security and enable “Allow install software from any source”
Step 2: Locate and run downloaded file
Step 3: Wait for any security pop-up asking you to “allow” or “deny” execution. Click “allow” to run file
Step 4: Get the 9 digit ID and provide it to our agent.
Step 5: Wait for remote assistance
P.S. To terminate Remote Session, close program at any time.
